Look what the lovely postman just brought me! Who cares about the rain now!!! FYI the one on the left belonged to a green finch and the one on the right belonged to a blackbird. Both birds used their nests twice this season, which is unusual, apparently, and explains why they took so long to get here from Norfolk (where they were built!). That and the other complication of a parent being involved, who's memory it seems is often on a different planet... So long ago did she say she'd send them, I'd forgotten I was expecting them.

Right, now I'm going to go and boil up some wax to pour all over them...byeeeee!!!!
