Development...
I've found out today that we'll probably have to be out of our studios in about a year's time, so that the site can be redeveloped... I'm told there are plans to build 43 flats, a cafe, a restaurant, a hotel, a gallery and a few studios - well that's alright then isn't it? Er, no! God knows how all of that's going to go in the space available. (I haven't seen the plans yet.) But it will mean more water frontage lost to the upwardly mobile (ie more holiday homes); more studio space lost to commercial artists that sell to the tourist trade - how perfect, a gallery, hotel AND studios on site creating a mini economy...vomit. You can tell I'm happy. If anyone's got a barn going cheap in the Cornish countryside, let me know.

Oh dear I hate to be the first doing this.
Hi Steffie, I do enjoy reading on about your life in this blog, especially after seeing you recently it's all a less distant.
I suppose most people that read this don't know what to say.
Anyway your comments on Hilsy's digital collage are another gem of insight and sort of an artwork on themselves.
Now another question why has the form I type this on a wheelchair symbol for deaf / hard of hearing people???????????????????
Thank you Dan! Now we can have a conversation!!!! I don't know why there's a wheel chair symbol, but I presume it's got something to do with visually impaired people with sight readers???? Have you clicked on it and heard the strange voice!! I thought maybe it would say the letters, which is probably an image, so that people with readers would know what to type in the box, but I got a number rather than the letters! Oh well, who knows!!!
