Sculpture in Scotland

At last! I've finally had a little personal success and have managed to get a two week residency at the Scottish Sculpture Workshop in Lumsden near Aberdeen - a fantastic arts council funded venue. I'm going up in October to learn some new techniques that I can take back to the studio and experiment with - essentially I'm going to be playing with dead birds for two weeks... Two whole weeks 700+ miles away, ALONE, and making sculpture - how exciting is that!!!! Well, I'm extactic (how do you spell that?) and couldn't stop jumping up and down like a five year old when I heard.

On top of the Wheal Art Weekend I'd say this is turning out to be a good year!
