Shopping for more sparkles this afternoon

You wouldn't believe the price of this gloriously gaudy junk - the little lot above cost me £26!! Do people with no purpose really buy this stuff, for this amount of money? I was shocked. The wings alone were £7! All beautifully made in the far east of course. It's unbelievable what we'll buy - and for what? To enshrine gender roles from a very tender age. Hmmm, I can feel a rant coming on about that, but I'll spare you for now. I'll go and cover them in dead things instead.
